"Payne and his crew are incredibly precise and easy to work with. They did cement work for me after the wind storm. Poured our patio where a tree was ripped out. Poured over our existing porch to stop the porch from leaking into the house. Itâ s been over a year and no leaks and the concrete looks amazing still. Would highly highly recommend Payne!"

"We hired On Grade Construction to pour a new patio and extend our driveway, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Brad showed up on time, walked us through the process before starting, and clearly knew what he was doing — proper forming, good base prep, and clean control joints so we shouldn't see random cracking down the line. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward — no leftover concrete chunks or forms left in the yard — and the whole job was finished on the timeline they quoted. Pricing was The finish looks great. Even surface, clean edges, no weird lippage or trowel marks anywhere. They also got the slope right so water runs away from the house instead of sitting there. Cleanup was solid too — didn't leave a mess of concrete scraps or old forms lying around. Job got done on the timeline they promised, and the price matched the quote (no random extra charges tacked on). If you need concrete work done right, these guys are worth calling. We'd use them again."

"Needed existing 4x4 concrete slab to be removed & replaced with a new larger 7x20 concrete pad. Livai & his crew were quick, efficient, and very professional. They knew exactly what to do with relocating the sprinklers. We love our new concrete patio. Thank you Moala Brothers!"

"My back yard patio has been an eye sore for 13 years. We have tried to improve it through the years but nothing satisfied my wants. Everything we tried failed! After the last failure I reached out to 3 contractors. The first contractor had a great bid that I was willing to go with. 15 minutes later another contractor showed up and beat that bid, I had an instant connection with Isreal and decided he was our choice. They started the next day and had cement layed after the weekend. I had doubts as they were smoothing it out, but WOW after the powder coating and stamping!!! I am thrilled with the job of these guys! AMAZING is all I can say! I highly recommend A&I Concrete! Thank you Isreal! Please thank your helpers for us, GREAT JOB GUYS!"
