"He came promptly as planned, gave us his estimate, and spent about a half hour going over the details of the solution he uses for powerwashing and the kind of stain and sealer he uses for the deck. He mailed me the figures and asked me to contact him if we were interested in hiring him. We had several other estimates done. We decided to go with him largely because of how much time he took with us to tell us how he would do our house and because he did the staining and sealing of the deck himself.
