"Carpet and installation is great. Hardwood installation and blend in was good and you could not tell where the new wood was put in. For the finishing, instead of staining the wood and then putting clear poly, they put down poly with stain mixed in to match the color. I guess that is cheaper and quicker although I am not entirely sure of the reason. However the color is not as even as the other method and, if you scratch the surface, the unstained white wood shows through. I will not buy furniture finished this way for the same reason."

"Carpet One sold us the tile and installed it as a backsplash in our new kitchen. The people at the stsore were very friendly and helpful but the installation could best be described as mediocre. Many of the tiles were not straight and/or aligned properly. My wife even cried when the installers left. We should have complained to Carpet One but we didn't (Nor did anyone at Carpet One contact us after the installation to see if we were happy with the work.) I liked the people at the store but I would never use nor recommend their services in the future. <br />"

"They were very good. I like the way they did my carpeting. I felt like I got a fair deal. They are very courteous. They do good work. I'd say it took most of the day. You are talking hours. They were excellent. I don't know of anything they could improve on. It took them all day. I don't think they got done until 5 or 6 at night. They did an excellent job. I love my carpeting. When I get ready to do my other rooms, I'll go back to them."

"I called Adriano with Imaginative after I had water damage to the existing tile in my upstairs bathrooms from a toilet leak.He was very courteous and professional and came out to give an estimate as soon as my schedule allowed it.After the estimate a proposal was emailed to me and after signing it we scheduled a date as soon as he was available,which was about three weeks but that was expected with it being tax season and was no problem for me as it gave me time to pick out tile.Adriano and his crew came out at the exact time and date he said and they did the work very quickly,the old tile was removed and the new tile installed,minus grout and base boards,in about 5 hours.The following day the tile was grouted and new base boards installed in another 5 hours.They were very good,left no traces of them working,laid down fabric to walk on to keep my carpet clean and were quick to ask questions if they were unsure of anything.The tile looks perfect!Straight lines all around.I wish I could afford for him to do more work and probably will when my budget allows it.I highly recommend Adriano and Imaginative Tile and Marble. <br />"

"I worked with Brian who was not only professional and nice but had the patience of a Zen master (took me ages to decide on a color).
