"We hired Kevin Conway to remove a tired old blue tub surround from 1981 and old small ceramic tile floor from our upstairs bathroom. He did all that demolition work and then replaced the tub and walls with a beautiful modern look and the floor with larger Prego tile flooring. Kevin did a wonderful job! Though we kept the existing toilet and vanity with sink, it looks like a brand new bathroom! Kevin is an extremely talented professional. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

He worked WITH us to fully develop the project plan to deliver our vision. Connor was onsite daily, paid attention to detail and communicated effectively. We now have unified walkways integrated with a raised bed garden in a beautiful color way that properly drains water away from the house’s foundation. Also thanks to Connor’s knowledge of hardscaping and observation of parking issues on our property, the paved area near the driveway was installed to handle the weight of a car driving over it.
