"Jonathan arrived on time and quickly got to work. He saw that some of the hangers hadn’t been attached to the house when the gutters were installed, so he attached them. He checked and cleaned all the downspouts as well. He even added a strainer to the top of a downspout that flows into a barrel so large debris won’t clog our sump pump. He took all the debris he removed with him, leaving no trace he had been here other than clean gutters. Jonathan was pleasant and professional and I’m very glad to have found True Gutters. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
