"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"

"Very happy with work preformed. Dave arrived on time, was pleasant, and got to work. He analyzed the incomplete work done by a previous plumber regarding the shower/tub faucet and replaced one minor inexpensive part that was the cause of the problem. The other plumbing issue was easily preformed. A Perfect Plumber is now our go to plumber and we highly recommend them."

"I hired them to do a few of my rentals and it was good. I hired them last fall and would not hire them again. Did explain the system, didn’t put weed barrier down when they laid the mulch and rock. They said since we are selling it , it wouldn’t matter.. Sprinkler heads sunk down and had to raise them. They did say they would fix the mulch (weed barrier) back in May. Haven’t Heard from them."

"This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. At least 6 times they asked me not to cancel service and promised someone experienced would come out to my house, assess my yard and tell me what I need to do to help my grass grow. Each time someone showed up to treat my lawn and charged my credit card and had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was expecting a consultation-or they did not show up at all. Maybe other locations are better, but the one in Littleton is a joke. There is supposedly a guarantee, but they cannot live up to it because they cannot provide any service other than what they train entry level people to dump on your lawn with not much thought or care. I called Weed Man and they came out, gave me a consultation that was actually informative, provided a plan, and a guarantee. I JUST got off the phone again with what was supposedly corporate customer service and she was making excuses rather than even trying to help. Tells me all I need to know about this company. Absolutely horrible"
