"The cleaning was supposed to be done after we moved out, so we don't know if it was done well or at all. We were coerced into using this company by the apartment complex where we stayed during the summer of 2016. The carpets and the apartment were immaculate when we moved out, but we had to pay this company anyway. There were a lot less expensive options available, but we had to use this company. Almost certainly a kick-back situation with the complex. We left a check for exactly what we were told by the apartment complex. A few days later we got a terse phone call from the company telling us we didn't pay sales tax!!! We told them we paid what we were told, and that nobody mentioned sales tax. They reluctantly ate this $6 sales tax charge."

"First date scheduled by them, not us, no show, no call, no text. We had to call them to find out the crew got redirected to fix another crew's screwup. They set a new date and same result. Finally showed up later that week. Crew was exceptionally good, cabinets are great. 98 year old house required custom sizes. Decided to add fake cabinet doors to finish one little section of wall and was quoted $1000 and given a timeframe. Called after the time came and went and found they had a really big job in another town and just blew us off. No apology or communication of any kind. Nice cabinets, poor communication and scheduling."

He examined not only the outside but he crawled around my attic and identified the areas of leaks and molds. His suggestion of roof color was a perfect match with the brick house. He was very thorough. This was a big project and the install team was very professional. They arrived as scheduled every day. They cleaned up every day. The install team took special care to protect the windows and landscaping. The on-site manager was communicating with me throughout the day regarding the progress.
