When determining which contractor to go with, there were three things integral to our choice - ease, quality and value. As the job required not only paint, but also moderate carpentry work and a new seamless gutter system; we frankly did not want to be coordinating with two or three contractors' schedules, etc. LOPCO Contracting addressed all items for the house, making the process so much easier.
