That's a problem I have to solve with the manufacturer. Install the entry door fairly quickly and with a couple of adjustments it was working fine. Reliable and hard-working would hire again."

He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. "Tim and his crew were very respectful of our home and did not do any damage to the surrounding areas. The Reno was an upstairs interior bathroom which meant lots of trips up and down the stairs and through a freshly painted hallway. Not a mark. They came every day in a row (in other words, they didn't start the project and leave to move onto another project) His team was pleasant and easy to get along with. They made some good suggestions and alterations when things didn't go according to plan. I had a small time frame in which to get this project done and they made a commitment to the date and stuck with it."
