"Stand-up guy, honest and upfront from the first phone call. I have a really old house with lots of little projects that need doing. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

"Bertie came out to look at the gate on a Wednesday night. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."

"He was very nice helpful and smart. He going to come back and do my wall mount in my living room"

"Excellent experience from the estimate to completion. Work was expertly done, with attention to detail. The wooden doors now look better than when they were new. All of the crew were professional, pleasant, respectful of the property and did outstanding work. Over the years we have done our own painting and the work of this team exceeded our expectations."

"The Handyman arrived early , prioritized the projects withe, and gave honest feedback about what could get done well during his time slot without extended hours fees. His work was efficient, friendly and finished. I would hire again!"

"I was literally overwhelmed at how great Roland was and how impeccable his work is. You just cannot find people that have pride in their work and care about 'customer satisfaction' anymore. I hate to say this, but I will be glad when I need repairs again, that is how good the projects went. I just wish there were more than 5 stars!!"

"I hired Al to completely renovate my out of date house. He took the house completely down to studs and then rebuilt it according to code, my desires, and what was best. The work included, demolition, leveling the house, insulation, new heating system, new electrical system, new plumbing, remodel kitchen, remodel bathroom, removal of a wall, moving of a wall, installation of hardwood floors, and paint. When I called for a quote he set up a date to come give a quote immediately, he had all of his subcontractors there in a 2 hour window, and had a full quote to me very quickly. The entire process was amazing, he was on time, there were no surprises at the end, and he was a professional the whole time. The work he did was top notch, I still can't believe I am in the same house as before."

"I had David from revamped properties replace all the screens around my house. I couldn't be more happy with the reliability and professionalism he brought with him. Showed up on time, did everything right, and left us as another happy customer. Thanks revamped properties! I'll be having more work done around my home these coming months and they will be my first choice for all my home improvement needs."

"Victor was great, and Gerson did a very nice job communicating with me about statuses and answering questions. Victor painted the interior and exterior of my house, came out great, and he did it quickly which was important. I even added a couple of odd jobs during the job itself and Victor took care of these things at a very reasonable cost."
