"Flabio did an excellent job repairing our damaged kitchen floor. The floor had water damage and a hole. Flabio fixed the problem and replaced the hardwoods in such a way that one cannot see that any work was done. He also repaired our bathroom cabinet which had got loose without any additional charge. Mr. Oliveira's fees were reasonable and his work ethic is excellent and his work is neat and professional. We will definitely hire him for future projects."

"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. "Prior to the replacement we developed a leak in the roof. One of the owners came out, prior to us signing the papers, and put on a temp patch and did not charge us for it. When they came out to give us an estimate, they were the only company we got an estimate from that actually got on top of the roof to look around. They were able to give a more complete estimate because they were able to tell us that plywood would need to be replaced as well. On the day the roof was to be done the crew was here on time, first thing in the morning. One owner was on site the whole time till work was completed. Crew cleaned up all debris after the job was complete. Job was completed in one day and price was within estimate. Company also provides $100 for any referrals for which we did receive a check for. Overall this is an outstanding company and I was very pleased with the work. They also handle vinyl siding and will be using them when we are ready. Great work."
