"They came into my apartment and cleaned the floor, and they put a sealer on the floor tiles and I have people in there they would fall in case it gets wet. It looks really nice. I have been happy with them. The owner Chuck Hunley is very sincere, does not seem to be intimidating, soft spoken and he guarantees his work so opposed to a lot of people. If one is not satisfied he will come out and make it right. As far as being on time, that is also a bad thing out here, people tell you they will be here and they don't show up, don't even call you to tell you that they are not coming so you spend a lot of time waiting and then being dissatisfied. I find his price is very fair. Overall I was very satisfied with them. I will use them again."

"I have a wool area rug about 8X11. It is nine years old. I had it cleaned by an "oriental rug specialist" several years. As far as I could tell, that guy never even touched it. This past summer I called Maxcare on the recommendation of the people at Dave Griggs, where I bought the rug. <br /> The VERY nice man picked it up and delivered it back right on schedule. He was very professional and provided great advice about the type of flooring that would work for our situation. He responded very well to our email and telephone questions. We saved a little by removing the old carpet and getting the floor ready for the installation. Eric scheduled the installation at our convenience and he was on time for the days required to install the flooring. There were no surprises and no unexpected expenses. He gave us very accurate information about the amount of flooring and other supplies we needed to purchase. "My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
