He answered immediately and agreed to come by late that afternoon to take a look and give me a price. We always knew when he was going to show up. Before he started, we asked for 2 coats of coverage due to the wear and tear on our older deck. This was no problem. He pressure washed, spot sanded, checked nails and coated the deck. He was efficient, quick and skillful. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. He is probably going to also come back later and do a stairway outside for us. Great job."
