"<p>I came in and I was in distress one evening and they told me they could be out first thing in the morning. And they were! Very reliable!</p> <p>The pricing was great.</p> <p>That's my plumber! I've always used them for my well pump but I am thinking of using them in the future for plumbing. I had someone else put in my heat pump and they offer a maintenance server where they come out twice a year check on everything you get a discount on any work that needs to be done. Even though I have been using them for the heat pump since I had it installed, since seeing the guy who worked on the well pump, I would rather him do the work in my house!</p>"

"An excellent experience. We though we were going to have to replace our sewer line from the house to the street. Todd came out with a high tech camera and locating system and found that our sewer line only needed about 4 feet replaced! That saved us at least $1500. He also "scoped" into the lines going into the house and let me watch the monitor so I could see for myself the condition of our drains. <br /> Thanksw <br />"

"They installed all the pipes outside the building. They did a good job except that a lot of the workers stood around. They did a good job overall it was a lot of trouble but it wasn't their fault."

"I worked with Cole Jones in getting a quote for our roof. Cole was responsive, on time, and thorough with his appointment, inspection and sitting down with us about the condition of the roof and options for a roof replacement. Sandy followed up with scheduling the roof replacement and all the paperwork which was in fantastic order. Blair showed up on the job, arranged for good weather (just kidding) and did what they said they would do when they said they would do. The knowledge, expertise and quality was evident at the end and we are very satisfied with our roof. It has been four months and not a single leak and they also replaced our gutters. It was a pleasure working with them."

"<p>We have generally not been very pleased with the landscape division of Wayne's. I have had positive dealings with the pest control and termite areas of the company in terms of price and quality of work, but the landscape area hasn't lived up to my expectations. </p> <p>1) They do not always come on the same days or consistently throughout the year to cut my grass.</p> <p>2) There have been at least 2 times in the last year where they did not cut a fairly large portion of my yard.</p> <p>3) They cut my grass far too low and now it looks horrible</p> <p>4) my contract stipulates that they will trim back my shrubbery. They have not done this one time without me complaining about. I expect them to trim them back as needed--I should not have to remind them periodically to do it.</p> <p>5) The yard is less green than it was with Trugreen/Chemlawn. This is likely due to not fertilizing at the correct times</p> <p>6) I have tried to enlist them to do some general landscape work in my flower beds (installing drainage) and the price they quoted me was ridiculous ($1000 for about 6 hours work). It was apparent that they had no interest in doing the install.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>At this point the only thing keeping me with Wayne's landscape is the pest control services I receive and the lower price I get from bundling.</p> <br />"

"I had everything analyzed and done. They were good. I knew what was going on and all and all it was pretty good. They were very responsive. At one point they looked at different things like flooring and everything and they were good at that."

FAQs for plumbing installation for a remodel or addition projects in Centreville, AL

Adding bathroom plumbing to a detached garage starts with the basic line installation cost of $900 to $1,300. On top of this base expense, you'll need to budget for each fixture. A toilet costs  $250 to $550, sinks cost $150 to $800, and a shower or bathtub costs $400 to $1,900. The project will also require ventilation, moisture-resistant materials, and possibly electrical work. Remember that these costs reflect only the plumbing aspects—additional construction, finishing, and permitting expenses will apply to complete a functional bathroom space.

While certain aspects of garage renovation might be suitable for DIY enthusiasts, plumbing installation requires professional expertise. Connecting to water and sewer systems demands specialized knowledge and equipment, and improper installation can result in severe water damage, code violations, and potential health hazards. Most municipalities require permits for plumbing modifications, and these often stipulate that licensed professionals must perform work. Consider limiting your involvement to simpler tasks like painting or basic finishing work.

The timeframe for adding plumbing to a detached garage spans one to three days for the actual plumbing work. However, this represents only the active installation period. The complete project timeline must account for planning, obtaining permits (which can take weeks depending on your locality), coordinating multiple contractors if needed, and addressing any unexpected challenges that arise during installation. Weather conditions can also impact excavation and outdoor connection work.

Adding plumbing to a detached garage will likely increase your property taxes. Tax assessors consider plumbing an improvement that enhances property value and functionality. The specific tax impact varies by location and project scope. Converting a garage into living space with plumbing facilities can trigger significant reassessment in many jurisdictions. Before proceeding with your project, consult your local tax assessor's office to understand the potential tax implications and factor this ongoing expense into your decision-making process.
