They were proactive in reaching out to let me know when the weather would permit them to coat the steps and paint. "Existing plants (azaleas and iris) were moved and replaced without a problem. Carefully worked around old wisteria vine without issues. Wall was installed exactly as expected. Encountered unexpected problems with plugged existing drainage pipes which needed to be replaced. This was done at a minimum of extra cost and the replaced drainage system was better than the one originally in place. This understandably delayed completion of project by about a week which was otherwise on time and within budget. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. I definitely would use them again."

He helped my wife and I scope out the project and listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to use the space. His suggestions were thoughtful and the end product turned out just as we had envisioned. There was no pressure during the process and he took all the time we needed to answer questions. His crew worked incredibly hard every day they were here, and you could tell they took pride in their work, focused on little details I couldn’t even envision, and had fun while doing it. "We had a stamped patio add to the back of the house, with stairs. We also had our asphalt driveway removed and replaced with concrete. In addition we had our old concrete front porch and sidewalk removed and replaced. NAV was fast and did a quality job. They used rebar everywhere for strength. They made the driveway 5in deep to better ensure against cracking. The made suggestions to the design of the sidewalk connecting the front porch to the driveway that we had. It thought but are now so happy with. Easy to work with, quality work, reasonable price, what’s not to like."

"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!"

"Jose and his crew at JP Landscaping Inc. are highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I needed a 500 sq foot wooden deck to be removed and a 600 sq foot flagstone patio, with a sitting wall, to be put in its place. Jose came out and gave me a free estimate. His estimate was highly competitive. JP Landscaping Inc. finished ahead of schedule and did beautiful work. During the process, Jose was responsive to all of my questions. I also appreciated that the crew would clean up my yard, after each day of work. I love my patio. I would hire JP Landscaping Inc. again if I needed to. The company also repaired a section of my fence that surrounds my backyard. The fence looks like new. They did a great job matching the replacement section to my existing fence. Upon completion of their work, I even asked them for quotes on additional projects, I liked them so much."
