I had a hornet's nest about 30 feet up in the tree in my yard that I needed removed. Their technician, Ray, was prompt, friendly, and, faced with the difficult location, managed to spray the nest, used his ladder, and a borrowed 12 foot pole saw to cut the nest down from the tree and disposed of it.
