    They got the job done, cleared the mice. They tried to steer you into a perpetual maintenance, which wasn't necessary in our case.

    Learned a great deal from the three different people who came but Gary was not only extremely ghofougb but caught things the others ( and me too) didn’t . His approach was preventive primary but safe and efficient treatment with little or no drilling or holes in walls and ceilings. He was very observant as to where entry could occur and took many photos so follow up had expert guidance to make sure it was done very well. First class professional analysis. 6 or 7 stars in each

    They were prompt but disorganized. I got 3 calls from 3 different people during the process of scheduling the initial and follow up visit. No one seemed to know what the others were doing. They did not communicate to me the date for the follow-up, came to the house for it when I was not at home, and wanted to count inspection of outside only as a full visit. They do not communicate well internally nor with customers.

    Someone came to evaluate the problem areas I had with wasp nests, explained what the company would do, and told me the cost. The company was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The workers called ahead, came on time, and did the work as agreed upon.

    Overall, I like the company and had a good overall experience. I like that they come and clean up the webs around the house when they are servicing our house. They are also friendly and generally easy to work with. They say they will come out and take care of any rodents that have been trapped or caught. When I called to have someone come out, I was told it would be about 72 hours before someone could come to my home. This is really my only complaint. I handled it on my own and didn't bother requesting someone to come to my house when it happened again.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
