"Wow did a gret job We had all new windows installed about a month now. We can see, hear and feel the differance. After looking at the big box stores. The quality of windowns from WoW was much better. We did not buy the top grade windowns but think we got a good quality windown. The whole process took 8-10 weeks. We hoped it would have been quicker since we purchaced durning winter months. But install was the best over 20 windows in 1.5 days. Great job overall!!! Like for them to do my doors; next project."

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if itâ s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasnâ t â salesyâ (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. Itâ s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but thatâ s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!"

"Nova Exteriors recently replaced our 43-year-old patio door, which was in terrible shape, with a ProVia Endure door. Nova's representative, Sam Osta, arrived on time, gave us a thorough explanation of why ProVia's Endure door would work well in our home, stayed as long as we had questions, and didn't try to upsell us on "bells and whistles" we didn't need. Nova's crew did an excellent job of installing the door, working efficiently and cleaning up when finished. Now that we've used the door many times since the installation, we can attest to its ease of use, especially the dead-bolt safety feature at the door's bottom that operates with an easy touch of a shoe. And it looks beautiful as well. We highly recommend Sam Osta and Nova Exteriors for patio door replacement."

The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. I am expecting to use them again for the back doors."

Satisfied with the work overall. A couple of things I would've had done differently but nothing to note or lower my rating. I will definitely refer to others and use them again when needed.
