Omar (who is wonderful) & 1 co-worker called ahead to provide their ETA, arrived exactly when advised, & set about trying to remove the large chair from our upstairs bedroom. I say try because it was too wide for the door to remove without damaging the paint. After trying a myriad of positions to bring it through the door without damaging the paint, it was clear that the chair "wouldn't cooperate." So with our permission, Omar broke up the chair so he & his colleague could safely remove it. This company is the one to call when the need arises!!!"

Unfortunately I was not at home and did not see the items that were not completed until later. I am sure had I been there to point things out more they would have received a 5 rating. I still had to go out and fold all of my patio furniture covers to put away which was one of the first things I asked them to do. All in all, I would give them another chance."

When I talked to Mauricio before he came to my house I told him I needed junk removed from my basement and hauled away and a queen mattress and other things moved into the basement. He asked me if I would like them to put the mattress into a bed bag and he offered to pick one up for me at Home Depot! It was a great idea to keep the mattress clean while being stored in the basement. Mauricio and his assistant got the job done efficiently and were careful not to damage the walls, etc., while moving things.
