Their work was impeccable, going above and beyond what was required to just replace my roof. While replacing my roof, these guys took extra time to make sure that a complicated area of my roof was properly sealed and flashed to eliminate any future issues. "It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

From start to finish I was told everything that was going on from the time I picked out the color I wanted until the end when everything in my yard was cleaned up and things were put back where they belonged. The crew came on time, as promised, and worked so efficiently together AND was finished the same day. I was told ahead of time that if I needed extra wood I'd be shown why, what damage there was, and the cost. I did need a place to be repaired and the fair price was reflected on my final bill, therefore there were no 'surprise' charges. I especially like the 'wind and ice' shield that was installed before the shingles went on. That's included with the price and an added peace of mind and protection. "The estimator came out and walked and measured the roof. Pointed out some obvious soft spots in the decking underneath. Substitute shingles had to be ordered due to one manufacturer not being able to supply them. A large crew arrived to install on the scheduled date. My major reason for giving a B rating and not an A is excess materials were not picked up until 3 weeks after the project was completed after 3 requests to "finish the job." I am very pleased with the color and the workmanship."
