Greens has provided us with outstanding service and recommendations throughout the entire process. Jerry Kobza was an exceptional manager and helped keep our project on task. He went beyond the call of duty to coordinate with Green's HVAC group while always being available to answer questions. And our plumber Duane was just simply fantastic. He was timely, hard-working, and most important, incredibly knowledgeable. In the end, Duane made our project even better than what we had originally expected. If you are ever in need of a quality plumber, I'd highly recommend Duane and Greens."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
