"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home."

"Shiloh Alvarado and Rocky Mountain Roofing Services replaced our old leaking tar and gravel roof with a new TPO membrane roof. Shiloh was prompt, polite, flexible and available. The work was done in a few days and we are very happy with the results. He even sent a heat-sensing drone up to check the area under the roof for hidden pockets of water. He explained everything carefully and provided us with where he sources his products. His workers were amiable and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone!"

"Norm and his team were one of the most excellent roofing/business experience I have encountered in a long time. Work and the personable attitude made such a difference! He restored my faith in the roofing business in Albuquerque ! I will definitely call on him again, great guy!"

"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."

"I was really impressed by the cleanliness throughout the project and even more when the job was finished. They went above and beyond to make absolutely sure there were no stray nails or debris on the entire property."

"My installation looks beautiful my las bill will electric company was $700. Lucia Moore was my sales rep she followed up with us on every set and check on us constantly. Today she stop by to drop off a pecan pie. I recommend Sunpro"

"Mountain side contractors was a great company to work with. We got concrete poured, along with it being stamped to look like wood. I’m very happy with the respect and pride they present in the work they did. They were always responsive to our calls and or texts and they had a big part in making our idea come to life. I would highly suggest them to all my family and friends. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and none of them compare to the kind, respectful and flexibility that mountain side has. I look forward to working with them again in the near future."

"Great company, replaced our roof. They completed the job fast and I am very happy with the quality of their work."

"The entire process went extremely well. We were not only having our home reroofed but, we were having some windows replaced and the house re-stuccoed. Flat Roof Pros. was very flexible in working with the other vendors to facilitate the success of the entire project. Their sales rep was very good about keeping us informed by communicating the schedules and tasks and providing many photos showing the progression of the work. I strongly recommend this company."

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
