"I took discounted deal to install first 4 lights. Every additional installation gets expensive. The deal actually installs regular non-led bulbs. Which I replaced later. And the deal doesn't include fixing any holes they have to make in the ceiling for the wiring."

"I got a couple of estimates for the work I wanted. Ricardo's price was in line with everyone else. However, I felt Ricardo was honest and he explained what he was going to do. He also didn't mind me contacting him about questions beforehand. What sealed the deal for me was that when I mentioned that I would require work to be permitted, he didn't hesitate at all. He knew the ins and outs of what the city inspector would require to pass inspection. Other service providers said a permit wasn't needed for the work, but that's completely false in my city. Sure you can save money by skipping the required permit, but I don't like taking risks over a couple of hundred dollars. If I had to put any kind of area of improvement, it would be related to estimated time to get to the job site. I figured the work would be completed in one day, which it did, but he got to my house a bit late on the first day. The day of inspection, the work passed and the city inspector literally said "the work is very clean." I no longer have flickering lights and my garage is up to code. I couldn't be happier."

Definittely knows his stuff.He was patient enough to wait while I went back to the store to exchange the downrod for the correct size. Tried his best to install the family room fan without cutting my ceiling but did the patch up himself so I did not have to worry about finding another person. Did a pretty good job of patching but was not 100%. I would still recommend Alrick to family and friends."
