The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the team did high-quality work while keeping everything clean and organized. Robert was especially outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work or painting done. "I contacted Hoyt for a quote. Charles came out and made a thorough presentation, leaving me with a pamphlet explaining the product to be used. Within a day I received an email with a quote that was comparable (even a little more attractive) than the other half-dozen quotes I had received. I checked references and reviews, and decided to hire them to replace my 20+ year old roof. I was advised that the final cost could be more depending on how much wood repair was needed. I was also advised that the cost was higher due to the cost of wood (pandemic). I needed a start date delayed due to my schedule, which was to the company's advantage. They began exactly when I needed them. Charles even assisted in moving the RV out of the driveway. Demo of the roof was complete in one day. The rest of the work was done efficiently, and crew cleaned up each day leaving the house looking neat. Inspection was easily completed, and work completed in approximately one week, with Charles answering phone calls with questions and assisting as needed. I would highly recommend Hoyt for product, cost, and quality of workmanship."

"Bill came over to my Mom's house and did a complete inspection of the roof. My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.
I have so much respect and appreciation for Bill and Jordan roofing, that when either I or my family needs a roof, I will use them !!
And I will recommend them to my friends !!

""Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit.They did a solid job on our metal roof. The team was friendly and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Our roof's looking sharp now! Also, when it started raining unexpectedly, they came out and tarped the roof to avoid any extra damage. If you're looking for roof work, they're worth reaching out to. Thanks, boys!"

"Roof trim repair and painting. Estimate given and agreed. A few days later they requested an additional $ 4,300.00 for *unforeseen extra repair*!!!. Roof trims are plainly visible. How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."
