"We are moving from a traditional large 100 year old home in the heart of West Chester Boro to a contemporary home in a wooded setting. The new home has a significant mountain house flair but we wanted to have a more sophisticated look. Our current furniture does not match the style of the home. We had a color specialist from Sherwin Williams get us started in the consideration of flooring and paint color choices. Karen was able in her initial 2 hour visit to create a great overall plan for the development of an interior presentation that brings sophistication and style that we were not able to pull together on our own. She spent time assessing the assets of the home itself and then build a plan for displaying the architectural design the home has to offer and accentuate that without being too trendy. Not Pottery Barn or Renovation Hardware. It was a very individual assessment of the home and what to do for paint, flooring, railings, furniture, lighting and accessories that would bring out the best in the home for what it is. And that was just in the 2 hour initial meeting. We were very impressed with Karen and look forward to working with her in the future. If you want an individualized approach to maximizing the assets of your home using a very sophisticated palate, Karen is the perfect choice."

"Simply put, Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing. Tom beat every single estimate we received (a total of 5) by HUNDREDS of dollars, and then the quality of his and his team's work was beyond superb. They removed a fatally flawed installation of a single unit fiberglass shower/tub combo in our new construction home that had cracked and leaked in our spare bathroom. They showed up the first day (and every other day) 10 min early, and walked us through exactly what was going to happen. Every measurement, every cut, and every single thing that occurred was extremely precise. In fact, the tub that we ordered and had him pick up had a small chip in it (which he saw after installing it and deemed it unacceptable), so they removed it, took it back to Home Depot, got a new one, and reinstalled it at no extra charge THE SAME DAY! Because the fiberglass tub/shower unit was installed so close to corner beads, his team had to rip some of them out, however, they reinstalled them, re-spackled, and feathered the corners and drywall/hardi-backer joints to perfection, and you would literally never know that any repair work had been done in our bathroom. Additionally, the first row of floor tiles in front of the tub/shower had to come out, as well as some baseboard tiles and the Schlooter strips. Tom and his crew replaced them ALL so you would never, ever know anything had been done in the room. Additionally, they fixed the screw pops in our ceiling, spackled, and re-painted the ceiling as well. The paint lines his team cut between the floor/ceiling were beyond precise. Lastly, the third member of his crew fixed the screw pops, respackled, and painted our master bathroom while the spare bathroom (main project) repairs work was going on. This was at a charge of a daily hourly rate where we paid for the paint and other materials. Overall, we walked away with two absolutely amazing bathrooms for less than HALF of what most other contractors were estimating for our original ask."
