"Go somewhere else is all I have to say. We decided on Acadian windows as their sales team was the most knowledgeable of any group we quoted, unfortunately their installation team is not. They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows."

He do not call to say if he is going to be running late, or he is not going to make it to the job at all. I had to call Angi a couple times to get this man to finish up the jobs that I paid and hired him to do. Make sure you watch him not walk out of your house with the material and tools that you purchased with your money, because he will take and keep the materials without asking. He washed the grout from the backsplash inside my brand new black kitchen sink without my permission, and now it has a white haze to it now. Here are some of the pictures of some of his sloppy work."
