"I am so glad that we found Foster Pump! I live between Vail and Sonoita and had a problem come up Thursday morning. My well just had air sputtering out, but wasn't acting like it was dry. I'd never seen it do that before. I gave it a day to rest anyway, then called Foster Pump (based on neighbor recommendations) on Friday afternoon, about 1:30pm. They are based in Sonoita, which is right in my "neighborhood." <br /> I wasn't expecting anybody to respond until Monday, so imagine my surprise when I received a call back at 7pm! Mr. Foster was ready to come out Saturday morning, and I eagerly accepted. After he and his grandson/assistant arrived, they had figured out the problem within 10 minutes or less. We had a hole in a pipe down the shaft of the well. <br /> I had a horrible experience with a different (Tucson based) company in 2011, and they'd told me it would be $1500 just to pull the pipe+submersible pump up...not even DO anything/service/replace it. Just pull the stuff out of the ground. So I was pretty anxious when Mr. Foster said they were going to have do it. Well let me tell you right now... there were no crazy estimates from Foster Pump! Just a flat hourly rate. They got everything done in about 4 hours, where that company in 2011 took 3.5 WEEKS to tackle a much simpler issue. <br /> We are so pleased and will be calling Foster Pump in the future for sure. It's a family business, and I like to support small businesses anyway... but this one is also incredibly professional, honest, and efficient! I'd be crazy NOT to call them! <br />"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
