"They rushed the installation. The piping was crooked and leaked. It was a young man who put in the installation and an older gentleman that watched and told him what to do. The sump pump activated about every 1.5 minutes because they didn't take the time to set up floats for the well. They didn't clean out any of the small debris in the well. They didn't clean up after their work. They got water on my stairs which i cleaned up later. They rushed off because they had two more jobs to complete. Granted it was a storm day and a lot of people calling for service. They didn't return the next day as promised. When called they said they called me which they didn't. They admitted later to calling a different customer. They are coming out tomorrow to finish the job but i'm tempted to cancel and call a better company. <br /> EDIT: They did come back and finished/corrected the job but I decided not to go with another for more work. <br /> <br /> EDIT: After talking to another company and having them install the backup, have adjusted the rating. They were right about the height. I would use this service but not as my first choice."
