"We bought the Cleaning Service Special on July 12th and gave three dates and times we would like the work done. Received confirmation the Cleaning Service would be here on July 20th at 9:00 A.M.On the day specified were informed that they had car trouble, but would be here at 11:30 A.M. Promptly at 11:30 they pulled up, removed their shoes and set to work making our home sparkle. Even with the Language difficulty, they were able to understand what was needed and with three hard working ladies , gave our house a great cleaning even the old stove and refrigerator were as clean as from the place we bought them. They even made our bed and cleaned the tile in the bath room. They left at 1:30 P.M. and we were very glad to have found their company."

They were quick in responding to my initial contact and I was able to set up an appointment relatively easily. The day of the appointment they showed up an hour and fifteen minutes late. I called after they were thirty minutes late and it seemed like they had forgotten or had been held up at another job but it was difficult to understand the person on the phone because he spoke limited English with a fairly thick accent.

After arrival they worked extremely hard. Three people showed up and they worked for two and a half hours for a total of seven work hours to finish the job even though I only paid for six hours. They did very good work on a very dirty home. I think I would try them again even though they were so late just because of what a thorough job they did. They did not just clean around things. I was pleased with the final product and I am not sure if another cleaning service would have worked so hard.
