"These two brothers, Jim and Joe Griffin, and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. This ~50 day long extreme remodeling project of our Master bathroom was nicely done with great details and at a very relaxed and convenient schedule. All the person involved in the project were very easy to with and they implemented out design concept and ideas with great details that matched our vision. All our concerns, comments and any change of design/ideas during the course of the project was always taken care immediately. Highly recommending this company for any major remodel."

"We had been referred to Kirk Development by a friend who had given them rave reviews on a major remodel at their home. We were certainly not disappointed! From the inception of the project with Gary as our designer, we were kept informed of the progress and what the schedule would be. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of the project as our superintendent left the company and we were assigned a new superintendent. We were a bit concerned how this would affect the project, but that was an unwarranted concern. Michael stepped in seamlessly and led the remainder of the project beautifully. One thing I appreciated about the way Michael managed our job was a real time calendar he left at our home so I knew when different projects would be worked on and subcontractors would be arriving at the house. It can be tough to "live" through a remodel at your home when you are actually living there, but this made it quite manageable and helped eliminate surprise arrivals. I really appreciated that as a stay at home mom! Also, all the subcontractors we worked with were terrific - very qualified and professional. Our remodel was a bit complicated because of the odd angles in our kitchen, but Gary, Michael, and the rest of the team really helped give us great advice and direction so as to ensure the kitchen functioned for us as well as looked nice aesthetically. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk to anyone who wants a quality product!"

"Had Tile, plumbing, painting and trim work performed. . Master bath included new freestanding tub, tile shower, tile floor and wall tile. Second bath had new tub and tile plus floor tile. All new plumbing in both bathrooms. Tile floors in third bathroom and laundry room. Also Minor painting and install some trim in kitchen Bill made sure each worker was very tidy and respectful of our home. The work quality is excellent, we love our new bathrooms! Bill does it right and doesnâ t have to be asked twice to do the best work. We highly recommend him. We had him do several extras and he added the cost at very fair rate. You canâ t ask for more.
