"I love my new floors now! Zona Flooring replaced the carpet, tile and laminated throughout my home with Luxury Vinyl Planks and it looks so great. They did a great job and even finished much earlier then anticipated. They were professional and great to work with and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Zona Flooring to everyone. Thanks Zona !"

"Being a single woman I was apprehensive about having to find and come to trust a crew in my home. I also had a very strict budget and I was worried someone would charge me a crazy amount. From the first meeting Rick and I were on the same page with design and he made me feel very comfortable. He has an amazing crew, who were professional, worked so hard, and were patient with all my questions. They finished on time and on budget. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and my house looks amazing. I would recommend Spectrum Remodeling to anyone needing an update to their house!"

"Alex the owner is wonderful to deal with. He communicates daily on the status of the job. He was not the cheapest, but his experience sold me . He knows what he is doing and only wants the job to be done perfectly. He just installed a 20 X 22â patio cover on our backyard and we couldnâ t be happier. He had it permitted and approved by the city of Chandler. It matches the stucco of our home perfectly. Alex knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him. In fact I already have!"

"They did an outstanding job. It was an install customer tiles. One tile was only available from a contractor only store. Rojas Custom homes ordered, paid for and picked up the tiles at no additional markup. The installation was near flawless. I would recommend them highly and if I need other tile work, they will be the ones I call first."

"I hired this company for a home addition project, and I am thrilled with the outcome. Ben and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They completed the project on time and within budget, and the quality of their work is top-notch. The new addition seamlessly blends with the existing structure, and it has added significant value to my home. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Bayside Home Improvement and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home addition."

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
