"Our pool surface had failed and we had not filled it for about a year and a half. After contacting several different pool companies, Victor's Pool Service came in significantly under cost. And I think primarily it's because Victor and his team know how to use things that are still good in a pool and fix things. They're not buying everything from scratch and redoing everything. They were able to salvage the tile, or original equipment, they even fixed a water feature with just a simple knob that several other contractors had said would be several hundred dollars to repair just that one piece.
