When I contacted Michael about the issue, he sent Jason from his team to assess the damage. Instead of offering a real solution, all he suggested was to "clean the grout." This level of customer service is unacceptable. They caused visible damage to my new home and then refused to take responsibility or provide a resolution. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
