Phil is retired from managing a 300 apt complex so he can do most anything that needs to be repaired: irrigation, plumbing, drywall, pool, electrical, etc. â ¦ He has started his own business, is very reasonable, and his motto is â DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIMEâ"
