"There wasn't much in the way of communication and updates as to when the job would actually start (it was 10 weeks from the time I contacted them - their schedule was well booked). However, when I was finally contacted, our meeting to discuss the planned work to be done went smoothly. The work crew was very nice and hard working. They started on time, did an excellent job in completing the layout as planned and did a good job in cleanup. They accomplished a lot of work in the one day they were here! "Highly recommend!! The office staff, the owner, and all employees are exceptional. I was preparing to leave for a long trip and my sprinklers started acting up just days before leaving. I called their office and the receptionist promised to squeeze me in given the circumstances. They sent two young men out to review the sprinklers and they both were unsure of the issue, so the owner, Bruce, came to look personally. I explained my situation where I needed to leave on a trip and would be gone for quite some time, he understood and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Furthermore, he checked on my sprinklers while I was gone to reassure that they were working properly. This quick response and reassurance was incredible and I cannot recommend this company enough! Beyond the exceptional customer service, the prices have always been reasonable. I would not use any other company."

"Called and made an appointment. The plumber, Lee, showed up as scheduled. We discovered that the shut-off valve for the water to our condo unit was in another owner's unit. That owner was not home, so we had to reschedule the appointment.
I rescheduled the appointment and was told the plumber would arrive at 8:00 a.m., the first appointment for the day. On the day, the plumber did not show up at 8:00. I ended up calling to see why the plumber had not arrived. I was told that another plumber was out that day, which had thrown the schedule off. (I realize these things happen. I do wish they had called to tell me there would be a delay as the water had been shut off for three units and was keeping another unit owner--in whose unit the main shut off valve was--from going to work.)
When Lee arrived, he apologized for the delay. He replaced the shut-off valve and installed the new fill valve, which stopped the toilet from running. He also lowered the fill water level to save water. Lee cleaned up any mess made by the work and was clear at explaining what had been done and about how to use the shut-off valve in a way that could help it last longer (e.g. not turning it too far or too tightly when turning it off.) Lee explained that I was being charged for the 15 minutes from the first call (when we could not shut off the main water line to our unit) plus labor and parts for this work. (There was an apprentice with Lee both times who was very friendly and professional.)
A few hours after Lee left, the toilet began running again. I could not get it to stop, so I called and got an appointment for a time when I could be home a few days later. For this third visit, Jeff was the plumber. He replaced an O-seal on the flush valve with an extra I had on hand. He also removed some debris from the toilet tank that he thought might be interfering with the seal. He also adjusted the water fill level, which added more pressure to the flush valve, which stopped the toilet from running. He did not charge us for this call, since he was adjusting work done earlier.
Though it was a bit convoluted, we still appreciate the work done. We appreciated the idea of using less water with each flush, and appreciated the "learning" that the water needs to be a certain level to keep the flush valve from running.

"We have been using Season Green for over four years and our lawn has never looked better! Jim and his team have aerated and seeded the lawn and improved the green grass all over. We had several dead patches along the driveway edge from snowplowing and now it’s green and full. They also repaired our Toro push mower and come out twice a year to tune up, sharpen blades, change the oil and air filters , remove the mower deck and attach the snow blower for the winter on our John Deere lawn tractor. Jim also noticed we have a yardbird irrigation system that was serviced by another company and said he could handle that for us too. One stop shop for all our yard needs, convenient for us. He also recommended a tree removal and trimming service that did great work, Jim knows all when it comes to landscaping, he suggested a different mulch color to better match our paint color and it was a big improvement. Season Green is Very Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and does excellent work, highly recommended. We will continue to use season Green for years to come. A+ rating."
