"I recently contracted Victor to do a couple projects on my home and was very pleased with his work. I first needed roof cleaning services to remove some algae and stains that had built up on shaded and northerly exposed areas of my roof. Victor worked carefully and meticulously to fully clean the roof and restore it to good condition. I also needed repairs to the roof fascia and a section of aluminum siding that had been damaged by a fallen tree branch. Other contractors I spoke with claimed that I couldn’t repair just a section of the siding and would need to replace the entire wall to avoid a mismatch of old and new colors. However, Victor was able to remove the damaged section of siding, replace it with a new section and then paint the new siding with an exact match in paint color so that it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. I was very happy with the quality of Victor’s work and his willingness to figure out a way of inexpensively replacing and painting over the damaged parts of my siding. l would definitely recommend his services."

"Prouty did a great job on the chimney liners and ultimately the chimney cap repair. I rated them a C on responsiveness and professionalism specifically for an issue related to finishing the chimney cap in April when the weather conditions allowed for the repair. We financed the project over a six month period. I had requested that they provide pictures of the finished work including the chimney cap. Other companies we have used in the past provide before and after pictures. However, we were told that because they had already completed the chimney cap repair, they would not return to take pictures. It wasn't until we withheld the final payment that they agreed to return and provide pictures; only to find out that the work had not been completed. They were apologetic about the error in the paperwork, but I can't help thinking if we had not withheld the final payment, we would have been unaware that the repair had not been completed. I believe I would hire them again, but would have to make sure to verify the completed work."

Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!"
