I doubt there are many honest and trustworthy GC companies like URC. URC recently finished building our home addition (three levels out and up/about 3000 sf) and renovating/remodeling our existing house. This was a huge project - think of it as building a new house- . Simply put, they are amazing to work with despite the difficulties that came with this big project and the fact that I am a very picky customer. They explain everything upfront in as much detail as you want. They are professional, accommodating, and patient as I continued to tweak and change many things in the project- They are very creative and never run out of ideas and options to choose from. "They did a great job fixing what I needed to fix. He asked if he could put concrete in to fill in the space between my steps and the sidewalk (where weeds would grow and be difficult to pull out). I said yes. I then came out to find a really sloppy application of cement on the public sidewalk. I asked him to clean it up.
