"Angel came to our home and did multiple jobs including installing a coffered ceiling in our 20 foot double story family room, doing wall paneling, installing crown molding, building built ins in the closet, and installing a back splash in our kitchen. He is incredibly professional and willing to work with whatever ideas you might have. He went above and beyond and found scaffolding for our tall ceilings which others weren't willing to do. He allowed our painters and electricians to use this as well which ultimately saved us costs in other parts of our project. His quotes are fair and he is always quick to respond. He spent two hours with us helping us design what we wanted and his work was impeccable and completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

I also needed new peel and stick tile laid in my guest bathroom where I had builder grade 1990s vinyl tile. Jim the Handyman did an estimate with a reasonable price. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

He earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in Vilnius, Lithuania. He immigrated to California in 1986 and started working in the construction industry there that year. Initially, he worked as a construction manager for a Los Angeles based development company, remodeling restaurants, hotels, and single family homes, and building new custom homes.
