He allowed our painters and electricians to use this as well which ultimately saved us costs in other parts of our project. His quotes are fair and he is always quick to respond. They also were able to better secure the plumbing access panel with magnets and a handle, so it stays firmly in place and looks much better. They also replaced the bathroom fan and caulked the tub (which was not part of the original scope of work). They were punctual and worked hard to finish the repairs within the time that Josh estimated. Overall, a great experience."

Baltic Construction, was founded in South Orange County, California, in 1989 by Boris Hoffman, who was born and raised in Lithuania. He earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in Vilnius, Lithuania. He immigrated to California in 1986 and started working in the construction industry there that year.
