The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. Seriously couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you!!!"

Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."
