Tony has completed 3 projects on my home: roof, gutters, and now siding. He did a great job on the roof and gutters hence why I used him for my siding, but the siding has some issues which need to be addressed. I recommended Tony highly to neighbors who have used him and have given him a lot of business, now that I need him to come back to discuss some of the concerns I have he is not responding to my texts, calls, or emails. "Avoid at all costs. 1st Order From the very start it was like i was sold snake oil. It took over 4 months to even get the company to properly agree on the parts and pieces of my order. This was for a complete replacement of all my doors and balcony entry. From here we started seeing the problems. Poor coordination, communication and we saw techs putting notes in our ticket being dishonest. Example is they stated they came onsite and we refused them for a checkup and I showed them my ring logs for the entire day. This gave them an excuse to sit on the order for days on end until we called to find out what was going on. 2nd Delivery Parts were delivered without even a courtesy call to inform us when it was arriving and how to facilitate the space for the hardware. We had to yet again call back to get details. Again operaters placed notes in our ticket making it seem like they were attempting to get ahold of us. 3rd Installation Not all the parts arrived. We did not know this until ins"

"Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "
