"I had four sliding glass doors replaced. Most companies were pre-set on the one or two options they would sell me. Windows on Washington (Zach) took the time to measure and discovered all of my doors were a non-standard size by 4" each, which I independently verified (star 1 for WoW). Then they offered several options, to include competitive pricing on a competing bid (star 2 for WoW). Ultimately we "settled" on low maintenance 5-point locking doors with exterior keyed locks, which only WoW offered as an option (star 3 for WoW). For the installation they worked around the unusually rainy season and our schedule to get them installed. We knew we had wood rot in the old door frame, but they (Young Kim and crew) also repaired part of the housing structure at no additional cost (star 4 for WoW). Finally, they offered us 12-months with Zero percent financing (star 5 for WoW). We did have a few issues along the way, but once I communicated with WoW they (Cathy Mejia) were incredibly helpful and worked to make things right... what more could anyone ask for? I WILL BE using them again to replace the front door and a few other items on my fixer upper. I HIGHLY recommended this team!"

Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if it’s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasn’t “salesy” (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. It’s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but that’s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!"

The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. "Riba painted the garage door and replaced waterproof garage door seals around the garage. They carefully removed the small windows before painting. Quality work in a few hours. I would hire them again for any project we had! They also painted the high vents to match the siding of our house. The gutters were 5 inch seamless ones with hidden hangers. Very respectful and hard workers who are very talented at what they do."
