"Purchased a 35 year old house in January & have been bringing up to code/improving. In addition was in the hospital for several days in early April. Ruben in March had given me a worst case estimate for the work if had to build up sewer clean outs (I couldn't find them after digging for 2 hours!). He found the clean outs where I hadn't dug (Of course) but did not have to build them out, saving a small fortune. Part of the bid was to repair/replace valves and faucets inside and out that were old. He and his journey man also checked out the line in the front yard and cleaned out pipe that had roots & some debris in it. Lastly, he checked the line pressure, which I hadn't thought of and which was 125 PSI-get that fixed next month.
Union plumbing worked with me, around my health issues completing everything in 1 day. The price was way reasonable and much less than I had anticipated. I just wish people would quit calling me sir, it makes me feel old! :-)
