He walked through the interior with me, then carefully inspected the entire roof outside. He took clear, detailed photos and organized them so I could understand exactly what was happening. Those photos were key evidence for my State Farm claim. I had contacted four roofing companies before—none of them came close to the level of detail Brian provided. 2. Brian joined the insurance meeting and helped me WIN approval When State Farm sent their adjuster, Brian came immediately—even though they arrived early. He waited patiently for the third-party inspector (who was late), and then walked them through every problem area. He clearly explained the hail damage, the leaks, and exactly why it needed approval. Honestly, State Farm is famous for being strict, but with Brian’s help, I finally got approved for a full roof replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. 3.
