"The seating suspension straps for our outdoor wicker sofa had stretched to the point where it was not possible to comfortably sit on the sofa as the cushions would sink far too low. Replacement straps were available from the manufacturer, but I could see that they would eventually stretch out, as well. So happy to have found Barry, who did a phenomenal job of replacing the straps with far superior webbing material, much more durable than the original, which he carefully riveted to the frame: as a result, I’m pretty sure this sofa will now outlast me. :) Difficult to find this type of expertise these days. Exceedingly pleased with Barry’s stellar workmanship, and highly recommend; he’s also a super-nice guy."
