"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"We contacted Bauer Roofing in February after a heavy rain and windstorm had caused our shingles to flap in the wind and blow off the roof.  After looking at their website, various reviews online, and their longstanding A+ rating with the BBB, we felt they were the right company to contact.  Roy Bauer came out the next day, inspected our roof, and told us what damage he had found.  He told us to contact our insurance company and arrange for the adjustor to come out, and added that he would be glad to meet with him when he came.  The next day, which was a Saturday, we got an early morning call from the adjustor telling us he would be in our area in about 5 hours.  If we couldn?t see him then, it would be 2 weeks before he could come back out.  I called Bauer Roofing expecting to get an answering machine or service, but Jonathan Bauer answered the phone and told me he would relay the message to Roy.  To our delight, Roy Bauer gave up his weekend time to meet with our adjustor.  That impressed us and boosted our confidence in his company.
When the adjustor?s claim estimate arrived the next week, I emailed it to Roy.  He noticed that the adjustor had left off certain items, and that he had given the wrong dimensions for various areas of our multi-level roof.  Roy contacted our adjustor and discussed these needed corrections to our claim, and we received more money from our insurance company.  We were also given references to contact about their experiences with Bauer Roofing.  All the customers we spoke with were very pleased with the work they had done.  Roy also supplied us with photos of previous jobs, and we were pleased with the results we saw.  We contracted with Bauer to do the work, and Roy dropped off samples of the color and type of shingle they would be using on our roof for our approval.  Two weeks later, their crew arrived as arranged.
The head of the crew, Amos Goldstein, introduced himself to us, and explained what they would be doing.  Since we have a big
problem with squirrels trying to chew their way back into our attic, he made sure that they left nothing exposed that would give them access to the interior of our house.  They also made sure that the work in progress was properly protected should a storm arise before the job was completed. The crew was very professional and worked extremely hard.  They arrived on time and kept us apprised of what was going on.  They showed us damaged plywood and where it had been replaced, and answered the questions we had about the roof.  They cleaned up as they went along, and added more crew as the job progressed.
The job was finished in 4 days, one day having been cut short due to rain, and Amos returned to check the finished product.   He even came back a second time to fix a downspout that had come loose.  The following week, Roy Bauer returned to inspect the work, take photos of the roof, make sure we were satisfied, and collect the final payment.
Two days ago, we had an extremely heavy downpour with high winds, and our new roof passed the test with flying colors.  Several neighbors even commented on how good the new roof looked.  We were so pleased with Bauer Roofing's work, that we have asked them to do some trim work around our windows, as they have a construction division in their firm.  We would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors.

"Great work! We were very happy with the Anthony John crew, especially Frank the foreman. They knew their stuff and got the whole roof done in a day. I was very impressed with their expertise and agility on this 10/12 pitch roof. They worked from ropes and didn't need toeboards and that was a good selling point for me. "Mr. Alexander did a thorough inspection of my leaking 15 yr roof, and gave me a quote for repairs and for replacement. He certainly knows his business. He took pictures of the damage and explained all the problems in the pictures. I opted for replacement His crew was very courteous and prompt. They were finished in 2 days. His crew also did some carpentry work which was excellent I got 3 quotes for the job, and his price was the same or less than the other two."

"I was very pleased with the supervision of the Project Manager. He met me on-site to answer questions and made recommendations based on what I needed. He was on-site during the removal and installation process making several trips to secure insulation and plywood decking which they found missing on the structure once the existing roof was removed. Tom stayed in touch with me via text, phone or in person throughout the process. The owner came out on the final day to inspect the work and meet with me. He was also present during the actual work. I was also pleased that the crew was polite and efficient with their work and clean-up. I received my warranty in the mail the following week."

"My overall experience was good. The job was to be performed in three parts over two to three days: (1) scraping the ceiling; (2) re-taping and mudding the seams and mudding the nail and screw heads; and (3) painting the ceiling. It ended up taking two workers three days (they worked roughly 4-5 hours per day) accomplishing one of the three tasks each day. The workers took care in keeping everything clean by covering the walls and floor with plastic during the entire project. Repair of the seams and covering of the nails and screw heads was good. Sanding of the ceiling along the edges near the walls and near the attic access door and light fixture,etc. was not as thorough as as could have been done, leaving some areas with excess/un-sanded mud. The paint was applied by spaying with some small areas of the ceiling only having a thin coat over the sheetrock. I scored the quality of work as fair and the overall job as good based on what I paid for the work that was performed. After all, this was my garage ceiling not a bedroom or kitchen ceiling. I wasn't expecting the Sistine Chapel and I didn't get it. There wasn't the attention to detail that I would expect if this was a ceiling in a living area of my home. However, it did accomplish what I wanted: to stop the popcorn from falling and improve the unsightly look of the garage."
