"Wires were a mess on one of our garage door sensors, which was the immediate problem, and he fixed that in no time flat. Then he turned to replacing the decrepit sensor on the other side, which was hanging by a thread, with a secure new one with good wire connections. Then he checked out the rest of the system and greased the tracks on the garage doors, so that instead of sounding like a train is passing through the house, you can barely notice them. All this in about a half hour or less.

"Called and spoke to Jim the owner. I wanted my existing metal unsecured mailbox replaced with a secure one I purchased online. Since the wood post was in good condition I wanted to keep it and just have the new one mounted on it. Jim was very professional and accommodating to my schedule. He came out promptly and did the installation of the new one quickly. He had to do some sawing and maneuvering to get it to work out but it came out perfect. And even removed the critters and birds nest that had decided to make the magazine slot beneath home. Yikes! Thanks Jim! I definitely recommend this company. 5 stars."

"What a nice experience to actually have someone pleasant and enthusiastic on the other end of the phone!!  Very professional down to sending me a picture and information about the person that would be visiting my house.  The roof examination was extremely thorough and time was spent explaining all the options.   I can't comment of pricing (good or bad) beyond that they have a preset costing model depending on services which I thought was a great idea and should give customers a good comfort level (shouldn't be suddenly price changes).  Would recommend folks looking for repairs or new roof to give these folks a shot!   
If you are wondering why I did not use them at this time, it is because I didn't use anyone!  Unfortunately I need some serious work done and it makes more sense to replace the whole roof....which I am not in the position to do at the moment.  So temporary fixes have been made to hold things until late spring.

"Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.
I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

"The driver was very nice and professional.  However, I was not told that the furniture pieces would be hauled in an open-bed, small pickup truck.  There is a van pictured on the website and I expected that form of transportation.  The vendor advised me to have the store shrink-wrap the items (but didn't tell me why) and the store wasn't willing to do that.  There was some damage to the items (small chips on the coffee table) but it was negligible and I don't know if the store caused it or the delivery service.  Luckily there wasn't a downpour that day.
