"The Chubb Co. used a compact power digger to reach my clogged footer drain and were very careful to install new PVC pipe at the proper slope to my drain to the street. They put 3 coats of two kinds of sealer on the walls. And they discovered that a previous cement installation had been poured under my back door sill. They corrected this code violation by removing the cement and rebar and rebuilding, with bricks, the top of the foundation under the door sill. They did not charge me extra for this little "surprise". They cleaned and tested the drains that go to the street drains. Additionally they removed, to the first joint, the old driveway concrete and the short sidewalk which is on the same level as the driveway. And they installed two new cleanout pipes where the new work joins the old drains. They kept the area clean after each day's work and answered any questions I had as they proceeded. All four guys were pros at what they did! And they arranged for a local HVAC company to move and reinstall my AC. This was an additional charge. The contract was precise and they did everything as written and even beyond with the rebuild of the door sill. The concrete and last of the topsoil will be installed this Monday or Tuesday."

"Excellent! I called Thompson's Masonry for an estimate on chimney work. Bob came out within 45 minutes of the phone call and determined that we needed some repairs on our chimney, not a complete rebuild as had been told to us by other companies that had come out (rebuild prices ranging from $1500 to over $4000!). He also pointed out some tuckpointing that needed done on other brick on our house. He said he could do the work the next day. The price and timing were perfect, so we hired him. He showed up the next morning when he said he would (he was even a little early...bonus points!) and worked all day. He communicated with me throughout the day re: the progress. He was always courteous, respectful, and just a nice guy! The whole process was a positive one. The finished chimney and tuckpointing look great! "If you live in northeastern Ohio, you know about the clay-based soil and the standing water problems. One section of my driveway was collapsing due to a non-functioning drain. I could not afford to replace my entire driveway and drainage pipe. After researching the use of permeable concrete (water goes through the concrete and lower permeable fill) I decided to try this solution. Anthony called me shortly after my request for quotes went out. He came to look at the site and offer information and advice. I felt very confident that he could address my issues at a reasonable price. His crew turned out to be extremely professional and pleasant. Anthony visited often to check on progress, and was always available by phone or text. I am VERY pleased with the end result, and will be calling on this company again when I am ready to do the next section of my driveway."

"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.
