"Mason, from Stone Mason, is one of the most responsive , professional contractors I have ever dealt with. The entire experience could not have been better. He was very thorough while developing a quote and it was evident that he understood exactly what needed to be done. He also was the only company that knew exactly what the brick on the original structure was and obtained enough to match our house. Lastly, since our house is 100 years old, he tinted the brick to match. Both he and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. I can not be more satisfied."

"Rick returned my request from Angi the same day, and was out to see the property within a few days. He gave me a great proposal and very reasonable estimate and had a crew out to do the work about a week later. They worked for about 1.5 days, and we were amazed how fast they had the work completed. Everything was done with quality and attention to detail, and they saved me money by providing some extra stones that they had from a previous job. I am really impressed and would definitely work with them again and recommend them."

"Gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure I was more than satisfied with the work. Professional and honest. Will be using them again!"

"Mike and Mike preformed excellent service on a chimney damage repair."

"They showed up when they said they would, completed the job and cleaned up. They repointed the pillars on my porch and fixed my back concrete porch that had disintegrated. I would highly recommend and would hire them again!"

"Excellent service! Requested a patio with two large steps and two sitting walls. Greg did a fantastic job providing options for me and walking me through the steps of the job. In fact, they were very quick to reply and begin work (less than 1 week from first communication to first "shovel"). I am extremely happy with the results. My patio along with the 2 sitting walls looks phenomenal. I get complimented on it all the time and have loved using it for the past year and half. I would highly recommend their work quality and their work ethic and the final product shows their attention to detail! (see attached pictures)"

"I have an 85-year-old house with a stone foundation. As tends to happen with these old houses, the mortar had become cracked and was falling apart. I hired rockwood to repair the mortar tuck points and to build a new retaining wall on the side of my yard. They did absolutely beautiful work! Very nice and professional. I am so happy with their work, I’m going to use them again to build another wall."

"They don’t do roof repairs."

"Steve was thorough in his discussions about the project. I'm usually pretty detailed about projects and think things through. Steve would bring things up that I hadn't thought of and my wife and I appreciated the time he took. He also considered that there were several options for our design to choose from and he walked us through the pros and cons. For example, the way that lights would be spaced on our wall between windows and doors was not technically even, but looked good given the spacing of those openings. Also, he showed us a couple of options for the size and spacing of slats for our roof vent so we could preview it before it was created.
Steve does not run a big company, so you get really personalized service. He is part of the projects as they happen. This also means that his availability to do projects varies. But, he is proactive about his availability and once he starts a job he and his team are on-site until it's finished.
This was our second or third project with him. At the beginning, he installed a sliding door and a pair of doors with sidelights that open onto our patio. These were installed about five years ago and we love them. In fact, he has done almost all the outside work on our house over the last five years, including unanticipated problem areas. Would highly recommend Steve for a job."

"Mortar has been fallen out of the brickwork by the side of my house for years I got recommended to general constructions they come out give me a free estimate which I was happy with and went ahead with the work. I can honestly say I am very happy with the work that was done and at the standard it was done at and in the time frame they gave me couldn’t be any happier with the work you done thank you very much general construction"
