"The fence was installed in one day, looks great!"

"Great communication and availability. The fencing is great and just what I wanted."

"Rep Zach was great and responsive. The wait was alittle long, but understandably. When installed looks really nice and clean looking - I got the fence with no see through and much better really. But the installers were nice and real hard workers."

"The response to my need were addressed immediately. We are still in the middle of getting city approval of a deck installed. The French turned out better than I expected I definitely recommend. You deal directly with the owner and he is compassionate about meeting my needs and is budget conscious."

"Quick response, clear discussion of work plan and materials/labor costs, communicative along the way, work was done efficiently and within the timeframe we discussed and the results are great. Great team, appreciate them!"

He provided us with a quote and a date to perform the service. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the work in a professional and timely manner and did an outstanding job. He also had his crew power wash the shed (which is quite large) for no extra charge!

We have contracted with Rick to perform the mowing/trimming service bi-weekly and he has always shown up promptly and completed the work - our yard looks great!

We are having Rick provide us with quotes for a sidewalk and then we are going to move him to the inside of the house to quote us on some interior work that needs to be completed.

I have the utmost confidence in recommending Rick The Handyman Holdridge for any and all of your exterior/interior jobs! I give him a 5 Star Rating!

"The company did an excellent job with meeting our needs. The conversations and concerns with our yard layout and neighbors needs were addressed. The job was completed on time. Thanks"

"We contacted THS based on an advertised special of a $4999 bathroom remodel and selected them after other contractors quoted us a much higher price for a similar service.  Matt, the owner, was slow to respond at first but helpfully guided us through purchasing the needed materials once we established contact.  The work began on time and demolition took less than a day, although rebuilding moved slightly slower than I expected.  The entire project took 7 workdays total.
Pros:
Luke and Carlos, our two primary service providers, were careful and clean each day.  I was able to continue to use the master bedroom each evening without a problem.  They went above and beyond, spackling nail holes from old fixtures and the like.  Matt did the shower tiling personally and re-did it when it did not meet his standards. They installed concrete board over the subfloor to protect against water and extra studs and braces in the shower walls,  which were upgrades from the original construction.
They dealt with normal complications (slight rot in the subfloor, need to adjust plumbing and electrical to accomodate new equipment) quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.  At one point, Matt told us that we needed to buy a shower pan, but reversed himself when we reminded him that he had previously told us that it was covered under the builiding supplies.  They worked well around my desire to paint the room over the intervening weekend.
They worked independently and did not require constant supervision, but were happy to answer questions from me and my daughter as needed.
The final project looks fantastic and is a considerable upgrade.
Cons:
My wife perceived that they did not give her the level of courtesy or respect that they had given me when I was onsite.  They would sometimes ask her to call me for a decision on an issue rather than accepting her judgment.  This was most evident when the house main water valve broke during the project, necessitating quick work by a plumber to keep the project on track.
