"Aaron and his team did a great job. Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"

Once the problem was found, she provided multiple repair possibilities and let me decide which one would be better for me. "Quality of work seemed high until parts of floors came unglued, grout chipping in shower, areas missed paint in garage. 6 week project turned into 10+ weeks, WAY OVER PRICED! Sometimes workers wouldnt show the entire week. Had to have dry wall workers come back multiple times because they didn’t take mirrors or towel racks down just worked around them. Workers were nice and polite when at the house. Tons of miscommunication between myself and contractor. Very frustrating remodel job."

"We asked Mark to start on October 11th (gave plenty of notice), and with the exception of the hurricane that knocked out power to the island, he started and finished on-time. Each day he couldn't start because the island was literally closed (no power, etc.), he texted me with updates. He's the most communicative contractor I've ever worked with. We needed extra work immediately due to hurricane damage and he was accommodating and responsive, and still finished on time. Very high quality workmanship. Have already recommended him to our neighbor, and would highly recommend him to anyone!"
